Myndlift offers the most personalized mental health program. We use brain-sensing technology to help people achieve better focus and well-being by working with +1000 clinics and 10’s of thousands of individuals.

Working across 3 different continents, we’re looking to add team members who are committed to the mission of changing how mental care works.

We’re looking for a talented, creative problem solver and technologically savvy Customer Care Specialist that cares about mental health. This is a great opportunity for a candidate interested in an entry-level position with a lot of potential for growth in a diverse and dynamic start-up environment.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a Customer Care Specialist passionate about mental health, technology, and exceptional customer service. This role is an integral part of our team, serving as the first point of contact for our customers and helping to shape their experience with our product.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving general inquiries and issues through chat, phone, and/or video conferences.
  • Assist in onboarding video calls with new clients to our platform, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems, providing clear and effective solutions.
  • Contribute to customer-facing initiatives, helping to shape a great product service experience.
  • Engage with potential clients, answering pre-sales inquiries and providing information about our product.

Who You Are / Requirements

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role in English.
  • You have flawless verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • You're tech-savvy and comfortable working from home with CRMs and customer service tools.
  • You're customer-oriented, attentive to details, and always looking to improve the customer experience.
  • You're able to perform as a contractor of the company.
  • You are a people person, empathetic, patient, and charismatic.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm U.S. E.T.
