Customer Support Specialist
We are Reflect Innovation – an up-and-coming startup developing an innovative science-based product for relaxation. We have raised over $6M to date, are VC backed, and have just launched our first product, Reflect, in the US market in January 2022. Reflect is a hand-held orb that utilizes Biofeedback to help people achieve relaxation in their daily life.
We’re looking for a passionate Customer Support Specialist . You will be the first person our customers turn to. Working in the wellness space, you will need to have a kind, helpful attitude and a passion to help.
We are a team of nine, headquartered in Tel Aviv and support hybrid work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with customers and building relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed, professionalism and empathy
- Identifying customer needs and helping with specific features
- Planning, creating and maintaining a knowledge base to familiarize customers with our product
- Communicating customer feedback to relevant teams
- Defining and tracking KPIs to maintain constant improvement of the customer experience
- Native-level English – Great proficiency in written and spoken English
- Empathetic problem solver with a great attitude
- Strong analytical skills and technical orientation
- Quick learner, enthusiastic team player and great communicator
- Independent with an ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Passionate about impacting the world by helping people feel better
- Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage
